Degustabox September Unboxing & Review

Degustabox Unboxing & Review I love the idea that you're able to get a subscription box that has a good selection of items such as food and drink inside every month! The element of surprise excites me and I love to try new products along the way! When it arrived, I noticed how heavy it was and I had high hopes from there! When opened I closed my eyes and fished out one item at a time, you get around 10-15 items in a box each month. Some items I didn't know how to use them but the items give you a good description of what they can be used for which is great! My favourite treats were definitely anything sweet as I have a sweet tooth. I preferred the Butter Crisps, Jelly Beans, Reese's, Yes! Bars and the milk! Overall I think I'll be sticking to this subscription as I love the range of products, even if you don't really like something in the box you can always give it to a family member or a friend! I love this box and I would recommend to

Pink Parcel - September Unboxing & Review

Pink Parcel - September Unboxing & Review  I have been looking forward to receiving this subscription box for a couple of weeks now, I did receive last month's box and I was very impressed. This month's theme is The Eve Appeal which is for Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month, what an amazing idea as this will raise awareness for something that not many people really think about! It's a charity that's committed to raising awareness and funding research around the five types of gynaecological cancer: womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal. When you open your box you notice that you get a very generous selection of pads and/or tampons depending on what you prefer. I love the little bag that came with this month's box, it's beautiful! Last month's box came with an  envelope to send off pads/tampons that you don't use or need which I thought was a really great idea!  This has to be my favourite part of the box as

Graze Box - First Impressions September 2018

Image
G raze Box - First Impressions  I've seen graze around for a long time now being advertised all over social media, I wondered if it was as good as people said it was so I tried it for myself. I was pleased to see that my first box was going to be free as well as my third! When it arrived through the door I was extremely excited as I'd been on the website rating snacks for a good half an hour!  You can prioritise items from their snack list on their website which is a great feature as I can be extremely picky when it comes to food! I chose a few things that I loved, liked and disliked.  When I opened it up I was really impressed by the presentation of the box, you even get the nutritional value of the snacks on a little sheet! I was more impressed that rating my snacks had really paid off and I had gotten the honeycomb flapjacks that I'd been thinking about for awhile since I discovered what was inside the graze boxes! What I received: Hone

Recently I have a been a little bit obsessed with subscription boxes and what they have to offer. I decided to purchase this month's Glossybox to see if the products inside were worth the price. As someone that rarely wears makeup I thought now would be a good time to experiment as I have been feeling run down for quite some time now so what better way to cheer myself up than try some luxury (at least to me) beauty products!  The theme this month was "Back to School" to help you get organised whether you're going back to school, university or just doing the school run. What's in the box? Daily Concepts - Your Facial Mini Scrubber ( RRP - £8.85) Bang Beauty - Eyebrow Cream ( RRP - £16.80) Karl Lagerfeld + MODELco - Lip Liner Rosewood ( RRP - £25) Grow Gorgeous - Scalp Detox ( RRP - £7.37) Wet Ones - Be Fresh Antibacterial Wipes - ( RRP - £1.19) Beautypro - Detoxifying Bubbling Mask with Activated Charcoal ( RRP - £4.95)

About Me

Image
About Me My name is Sarah and I am a full time mum to a beautiful baby girl! Like most I suffer with mental health issues such as social anxiety and depression. I've been around mental health all my life (not including my own struggles).  Almost 7 months ago I gave birth to a baby girl and that's how my anxiety and depression came back to the surface with a vengeance! I've been thinking about writing a blog for some time now but obviously anxiety has been on my mind which has caused me to think it's a risky thing to do. I've been battling my anxiety and have finally decided to take the plunge and make a blog!  I am looking forward to sharing a glimpse into my life and if we can help each other then I guess that's a plus! I would like to write some reviews about any products that I purchase, at the moment I'm a little obsessed with buying subscription boxes and finding any deals on products that I'm interested in.
